Return & Refund Policy

At The Garden Variety Co., each item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

We want you to love what you receive, though, so if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue qualifies, we will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In most cases, defective or 

damaged items do not need to be returned.

Sizing & Order Details

Because items are made to order, please review all size charts, colors, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect size or color selections made at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

• Minor variations in color or print placement that are considered normal for print-on-demand production

Order Cancellations

Because orders may enter production soon after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
